Every visit gets the whole list on the left. Deep and move-out add to it; they don't swap things out.

  • Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, outside of every appliance
  • Bathrooms: tub, shower, toilet, mirrors, floor
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, every room
  • Dusting, sills and shelves included
  • Beds made, trash out, a note if we saw something

Deep clean adds

  • Baseboards, door frames, switch plates
  • Inside the microwave, the cabinet fronts
  • Behind and under what moves
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures
  • Tile grout in the showers

Move-out adds

  • Everything above, plus inside every cabinet and drawer
  • Inside the oven and the fridge, included
  • Walls spot-washed, closets wiped
  • Garage or basement swept
  • Photos of every room for the landlord

  • Our own supplies, our own vacuum. Tell us if you'd rather we use yours.
  • Dogs and cats are fine. Tell us their names; we'll close the doors you ask us to.
  • Keys on a numbered tag in a locked box. Your address is not on it.
  • If something's wrong, text us a photo the same day and we come back. No charge.

  • First visit runs long; we're learning the house
  • You're welcome to be there. You don't have to be
  • We text a photo of the locked door on the way out

  • Reschedule free up to 24 hours before
  • Inside 24 hours, half the visit
  • Snow day: we call by 6:30 AM and move you first
